All of our customers are required to provide certain personal data in order for us to respond to inquiries and to complete delivery of our services.  We hold your email address etc under 'legitimate interest' rules, and as such, unless you opt out of our communications, we may send you information, promotions and inspiration relevant to you after signing up to our newsletter.

So how safe is your data?  Firstly, our internal computer network is extremely important to us.  We put much effort into keeping it safe by employing the latest in network security, along with regular network vulnerability scanning by independent providers.  This ensures our systems are fit to cope with the ever-evolving threats to cyber security.  Secondly, we do not store any sensitive data on our network drives.  All of your personal and product information is kept secure in a protected location offline.

We accept in-person and remote payments for our services via facilitators such as PayPal and  Square.  We also accept cash payments and direct deposit.   All of the payment information entered electronically by our customers is encrypted and submitted to the facilitator's servers securely, meeting Level 1 PCI Data Security Standards and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.  The use of this information is limited to the purpose of fulfilling your order.  We will make reasonable endeavours to ensure all third parties treat your personal data in a legal and appropriate way.
